The new Switch Matrices perform signal routing and conditioning at high frequencies. The switch matrices are ideal for ATE systems in applications such as medical electronics, microwave/fiber optic, defense electronics and satellite communications (SATCOM).
The New 70 GHz Switch Matrices
The new Switch Matrices are available in almost any topology required by the customer. Matrix characteristics include frequency range from DC to 70 GHz, custom signal conditioning, low insertion loss, and high isolation. The switch matrices support high-frequency applications such as Ka band multi-port passive and active device testing. Custom signal conditioning provides the ability to match or shift phase across multiple outputs; match, amplify, and attenuate signal levels; divide and couple signals to multiple ports, and to sample, divide, and route signals from matrix in-outs to outputs.
Low insertion loss is important for accurate calibrations and measurements. High isolation provides reduced interference, mixing and combining, or allowing adjacent signals to flow through the switch matrix.
Many signal conditioning options are available, including phase matching/shifting, amplification, signal dividing/combining, signal attenuation and more.
